The POFA Theatre is currently hiring for the following positions:

Role Description: The Front of House Manager is an on-site role. Responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations during events. This role manages guest flow, supervises front-of-house staff and security, and ensures a welcoming, safe, and organized experience for visitors. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating staffing schedules and training team members on service standards. The Front of House Manager collaborates with event organizers and internal teams to align front-of-house logistics with event requirements, addresses guest inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and partners.
• Candidates should possess Training and team development skills to coach front-of-house staff and uphold service standards.
• Experience in hospitality, events, or venue management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and make decisions in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation:

• $35/hour
• Approximately 20-40 hours weekly. Depending on events.
